Your information, in plain words

Peace of Mine is a neighborhood shop at 408 W 71st Street in Englewood, Chicago. This page explains what we collect when you use our website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We only ask for what we need, and we never sell or rent your information.
What we collect
- Sign-ups and requests: when you join the Nourish Note, ask about meal prep, request a group order quote or book a free consult, we collect your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to tell us (like dietary needs, your group's date and headcount, or your goals).
- PB&J Fridays: a parent or guardian gives us their name, phone and email, plus the child's first name, grade, allergies and photo permission. We never ask for a child's last name, school or birthdate, and we don't collect information directly from children.
- Orders: online orders are placed through Toast (pickup) or DoorDash and Uber Eats (delivery). Payments are handled by those services; we don't see or store your card number.
- Website visits: our website host keeps standard technical logs (like browser type and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your order, plan your group order or meal prep, and run your coaching sessions.
- To run PB&J Fridays safely, including checking names at pickup and keeping allergies in mind.
- To send the Nourish Note once a month, if you signed up for it.
- To send text messages, only if you checked the box to receive them.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run the shop: TBM 360 stores our sign-ups, bookings and messages; Toast, DoorDash and Uber Eats handle orders; Google provides maps, fonts and reviews; and Cloudflare hosts this website. They only use your information to provide their service to us.
Photos
We only post photos of children whose parent or guardian gave permission. Changed your mind? Contact us and we'll take the photo down.
Texts and emails
Text messages are optional and never required to sign up or buy. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Every Nourish Note includes an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Reach us at [email protected], call (773) 675-8075, or stop by the shop.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
